I worked with the Santana law office on my divorce and they were simply amazing. The staff was very professional and well versed with my case. They answered every call and every email in a timely fashion. The price was reasonable. Divorce is such a difficult matter and having the right attorney makes a big difference. I truly appreciated everyone’s empathy and professionalism. They set realistic expectations and delivered quality results. I highly recommend this law firm.

Santana's office has been very very helpful since day one. Needed an attorney for my case and my friend's mom recommended Santana so I went to the office on North Ave. and talked about my case. They immediately gave a me a letter to let the prosecutors know that I was lawyered up and if they needed anything, they needed to talk to my lawyer not me. Santana took care of everything and was always helpful and everything was explained in a way I could understand. In the year I was in court and zoom back and forth, I probably met Santana and associates like 20 times in court, at the office, and/or thru zoom. I am very pleased to say that the outcome of my situation was in my favor and if it wasn't for Santana's Law and Office, I don't know where I'd be. I'd like to say thank you Santana for everything you've done and wish you the best.

This establishment deserves negative stars and simply because of two employees by the names of “ALICIA” and “LETTY” by far the worst customer service reps! Both need to practice what “ATTENDING TO THE CUSTOMER” is. Both give extremely bad attitudes! Horrible phone etiquette!

Bad reviews are here FOR A REASON Hire an attorney who will actually work with you and show some empathy for your situation. (Before they lie saying that this is a "fraudulent review" I was an actual client until this past Thursday 10/14/2021)

I will state facts if you do what they say and don't make any more mistakes they are great people to work with it may seem like nothings happening but they are always working on your case. I was facing 5 years in total for 2 sepereate cases one in bridge view one in Skokie. As well as a revocation of my CDL. In the end I got 2 years concurrent probation and supervision on my dui. 3 felony cases and one misdemeanor dui. They literally save my life. Every one has there opinion. But these are facts.
