MR. Robin screwed me when I did my BK with him. He failed to file my reaffirmation paperwork with the courts. I have found out that my lender is not reporting my loan to the credit bureaus and it shows that my loan was discharged. Now Im having a difficult time refinancing my home. I have worked hard to get my credit score back up and this guys mistake has cause a major headache for me.
