Roland is a terrible attorney. He convinced me to take a plead deal on something I didn't do, but told me that if we went to trial it would be my word against the person that did the crime, so there is 50/50 chance. I am in the finance industry and couldn't take that chance. The plea was 40 hrs community service and charges will be dismissed. I explained the situation that I can't have this on my record due to the kind of job I have. He said it would be dismissed and won't affect my job. Well not only have I been terminate due to this charge, I can't get MNLS register, I can't become a foster parent and I can't visit my family member who is incarcerated. When I called him to see what I could do, he said nothing. I took the plea and when the charges are dismissed there is nothing you can do, can't seal it cuz it's not a charge, so this man has recked my life in so many ways on a charge that I didn't even commit. Do not use this attorney..and I paid him 6K for this WTH. I am filing a state bar complaint. He should not be working as an attorney
