The gentleman that answered the phone was very inconsiderate and rude. I explained my issue about my Ex husband owing over $10,000 in child support and CSR not taking actions on this matter so I needed to make an appointment with Mrs. Joselyn. He quickly cut me off saying she was busy and not taking cases like mine because she was busy with other cases. And then told me that my Ex husband probably wouldn’t pay anyway since he’s gone so many years not paying! Being a massage therapist I would never allow my staff to talk that way to clients nor give their personal advice.

Mrs. Daniell helped me with an 18 year old problem. My son’s name needed to be changed and the state kept giving me the run around and she was knowledgeable and helped me get to the bottom of it all. Truly grateful.
