Tim and staff often never returned my calls, Tim never brought up issues in court that I had addressed to him in advance, he didn't fight to defend me against the other lawyers on the other behalf, he blamed me for signing wrong documents he handed me without explanation of what they meant, he noticed a will was produced with a fake forgery and still did not tell the judge Kazen that this was a false will, therefore the judge made me step down from being executor to my sister's will. I truly believe the other two lawyers bought Tim off with a bargain deal. I was physically abused by the other party and he didn't bring this up in court,. I also had to do my own investigation work on my sister's will by bringing forth all documents that he should of gathered. He always asked me to remind him of things he had to get done. I lost this case and everything that was left on the will for my mother to inherit that my sister left to my mom. He is the worst, lazy, unprofessional and probably discriminated lawyer in all San Antonio, please don't hire him or if you do just don't look at reviews because anyone can give him a five. Look at him through the Bar Association. PLEASE BE CAREFULL !!! Just a warning and you'll thank me for it.

Still working with Daniels & Daniels...very accommodating, compassionate, professional and their "step-by-step" protocols are clear and up front. You truly know what needs to happen for the legal work to be completed. Highly recommend.

Do not use this lawyer is incompetent he lied to me, I told him I wasnt ready to hire him cause I didnt have time at the moment mainly because of my work he then proceeded to charge me for the first consultation I was gonna pay him, but then he told me it could be applied towards the case and then he technically told me he was going to sit on the money and wait for me to start the case. time passed and we were able to file some paper work with the court had some trouble contacting the mother of my kids and weren't able to do so. So we tried looking for her. I was trying to get custody of my kids. I even payed him to get a detective to find my kids mom. Well I took too long to respond to his emails at some point. he later send me a letter throughmy email sign by a judge stating that I took too long to answer and he kept my money, he didnt even return any of that money. My advice get everything in writting.

Was originally unhappy about some errors that occurred due to lack of communication. However, I appreciate when a business owns up to their errors and make it right with their clients. For that integrity, 5 starts

I dont often write reviews so here is how my experience with this law firm went.I was referred ,and let me admit mine came with little prep time but I was contacted frequently,by the assistant and they worked around the clock day before ,validated all my info and showed that I was in best interest.My case turned out better than expected,Even took the time to educate me on certain things,in other words didnt bs me,before hiring him I contacted lawyers with 5-10k retainers,he wasnt even close to that amount and pumped out every penny worth at not even close to the competition price.This is one of those lawyers that's that hidden gem that you just might overlook,very professional ,great communication and well I had not a single hassle with a rushed case.hope this helps with your decision but you wont be disappointed,I wasnt and I would definitely hire or recommend to anyone.
