If zero stars were an option, she would have it. I was told she would file an extension for $400, but when I brought it to her, her paralegal told me (several days later) they wouldn't do anything until they had the full retainer. I accomplished getting the full retainer, and then was told that I need to fork over $200 more in order from proceedings to start. I canceled the services and had to wait almost a week for my money back, and recieved it the day before the courts closed at the last possible second. Instead of mailing the check, I had to drive two hours, was made to wait outside in the rain, and then, adding insult to injury, I asked if the conversation she wanted to have was being billed, she said "No." and then charged me $10 to be condescending and insulting. In conclusion, after a month and a total of $1750, she only advised that I pay her more. That advice cost $50.
