I spoke to Coraleesha and she was very rude from the first time I spoke with her I left a message she returns my call by saying yes you called and I was lost for words you do not return anyones call by saying you called. So I proceeded to say I was inquiring about a property and can you tell me more about it such as how many rooms, how much is the rent , etc. I asked to meet that day she expressed she wasnt able, I asked for another day then was told she couldn't. So finally I had set a time and grant it I might have mixed up the time but as I proceeded to ask her if I could see the place later that day she said no it will have to be another day. I asked her what day and time was good for her. She took a deep breath and said nevermind you have a great day and hung up on me. Yes I did call the Daniel's and Floyd back because that was very unprofessional. I asked what day was good for her because I'm flexible everything I said a day she said that wasn't good.. so yes I asked what day was good for her..

This was our 3rd transaction as a seller of real estate property, and this was by far the worst closing experience we've had. Our buyer decided to use Daniels & FLoyd which is nearly 2 hours driving distance from our home, but we didn't mind since this was happening during the COVID-19 pandemic and should have all been conducted remotely. We were notified 2 business days in advance that we had the option to have a notary witness the signing locally and overnight the documents, or we could drive nearly 2 hours and sign in person. We had trouble finding a notary so we decided to drive up there thinking that it would make things easier and that the transaction would be completed that day. We were wrong, instead of using wire transfer, they mailed a check to our mortgage company. They also didn't send any notification to our insurance agent, which other companies have done in the past for us. They were fairly nice and provided a negative pressure room while signing the papers, they just aren't as efficient as other title attorneys we've used.

I just bought my first house and they made the experience easy and fast! They made everything understandable for me and really enjoyed their overall business. Very professional and would definitely recommend!

Called to get a quote for title work and the lady that answered phone told me they couldn't give a quote. I told her I was looking for someone to do our title work on a home purchase and every other place I had called were able to give me a quote. She said "okay". I thanked her and hung up. I called based on the reviews. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
