Not a great experience with this firm. It started of well, with good communications but after the initial meeting their follow up and efforts were marginal at best.nnMy attorney never really made any sort of an effort at all and provided me with what I would call a rather abysmal service. Billing was quite steep. In the end I got charged about $1200 for a letter that she wrote and allegedly one phone conversation which she has no transcripts for. She also says she has no documentation on any correspondences. Also it seemed like she did not really want to do anything about my problem. nnVery disappointing. I would suggest looking into additional firms/lawyers as there are plenty out there in Cleveland. Take you time before you decide. I have finally found someone that works. Good luck !
