Cross (WSBA Number: 34662) is currently being investigated and he has been reported to the Washington State Attorney General office and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Courtney Cross talked to me like i was stupid, was rude and his backup paperwork made no sense! Also, he talked to me like I was an idiot- I'm a business owner with locations in (4) cities. As an attorney his rating should be 0000 - No stars - be very careful when dealing with this attorney -- fortunately I did not select him I was just a victim a "notch on his belt" so he could brag at the table on how he really put the screws to a guy even though they knew they were wrongfully collecting monies not owed. I'm paying off a dishonest Vendor Asset Recovery Group (both would not provide back up clarification when requested and lied about helping with the next step. As they collaborated on a way to steal a $1000.00 from an upstanding local VETERAN Business Owner -
