Zero legal specialization, incomplete and sloppy work. Charges for documents that I cannot use - has yet to bring a single document to completion. Got to wonder what channel he was on as I explained my situation to him. Requested a refund two times (verbally and in writing) for documents that he charged me for, but can't produce because they are not relevant to my situation. He has difficulty in doing the right thing for this client. Poor to non-existent communication. Basically a paralegal with a subscription to ProDocs. Very sketchy knowledge of Estate Planning, seems to be interested in churning out and charging for documents, regardless if they will actually be useful. Zero stars.

Great with handling all my different cases. He called me back and updated me on situation.
