I usually don't write reviews but let me tell you these guys rock! I was very pleased with the kind of service provided by this firm. Throughout the whole process they were concise and clear about what needs to be done. Holly, the Paralegal, did a wonderful job following up on everything. Emails were replied to in a timely manner. Highly recommended, these guys won't let you down!!!

David Centeno is the worst. xa0I hired him to represent me in my divorce. xa0I live in California now and was married in New York. xa0David and I agreed that he may have to call my wife and use what ever lawyerly charm he may have to cajole her to sign the divorce papers. xa0After I paid The down payment his assistant said they don't make phone calls on clients behave. xa0What lawyer refuses to make calls on the client's behave? xa0Especially when it was agreed to prior to hiring the attorney.nnI would constantly have to call to make sure things are getting done and he would call back days later to return my call. xa0I hired him to serve my wife the divorce papers and I would call to check on the status and his assistant gave me the, 'Don't call us, we'll call you' type of answer. xa0It's bad enough that, in my opinion, he grossly over charges for the personal service but then he doesn't produce to even come close to justifying the charge.nnHe claims 30 days for a divorce then also falsely claims he has some type of closely held method for doing it but his "secret" is he files in Buffalo where the case loads are not as heavy as in New York City.nnLong story short I had to fire him. xa0I tried to give him a chance to make things right but he had the nerve to try and require me to sign a document to not write bad reviews about him. xa0As you can see I did not agree to that ludicrous request. xa0 nnHe has a review on here where the guy wrote a poor review in 2014 and David answered it in 2017. xa0Three years later! xa0What does that tell you? xa0What's the use of answering now? xa0The guy could have, God forbid, passed away by now. nnDo yourself a favor and do not hire David Centeno.
