David Gotzh, Family Law Attorney

David was wonderful at helping us with the final part of my sons divorce and then to help out when my sons former lawyer took us to court for payment. The other law firm started at small claims and was found against them. They then took it to the appellate court and it was sent back to the county to look at it again. The judge still found against the other law firm and they tried to file with the appellate court again. The appellate court let them have a verbal argument but the voted in our favor again. David is very professional and knows what he is doing. He is fair and I would highly recommend him. We were blessed to have found such an amazing lawyer that really cares about his client.

I met David from his online videos. He seemed knowledgeable. About a year into my divorce I felt my ex would never sign the papers. So I took a chance on him. He's cheaper than the others I met, but with any lawyer cost is a relative term. My one complaint was that his hat reminded me of my first ex boyfriend. But overall I was satisfied with his services and I didn't have to max out all my credit cards.

I retained David to handle post decree issues for my 2 ex's. My situation(s) have been very complex and involved multiple states, bankruptcy, and petitions to find laws unconstitutional. I have retained multiple attorneys over the course of 17 years in family court, consulted with probably a half dozen others including some of the biggest names in the "biz". I've been forced to try the pro se route. Ive witnessed multiple opposing counsels. David has been very responsive ( a rarity in the family law biz based on my experience). He does his due diligence and knows the laws and is sure to walk into court well prepared. One of the best things about David is his billing practices. Compared to other attorney's I have worked with, his billing has been very fair. I also appreciate his online commentary on family law and fathers rights issues and the volunteer work that he does.
