I used this firm back in 2014 and when I did, I was beyond pleased with how they handled my case. Everything was smooth and easy. It’s been 8yrs since I used them, and every time Ive had a question regarding my case Michael Berryman has always been very helpful and prompt answering my questions. Highly recommend!

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the service we got from Michael B and Brandy. We had to file for Bankruptcy five years ago and when we met and spoke with Brandy, she made us feel better about the hard decision we had to make about filing in the first place and went straight to work on our case. Michael B. was who we actually dealt with through the whole thing. He was very patient with us and explained everything to us to where we could understand. RUN as fast as you can away from this firm. By far the worst experience in my life. They don't return emails, they don't follow up, they don't care the least bit about clients. Joe and Maria gave me the run around and made me feel as if I was low priority and frequently mixed me up with other clients. Prior to writing this review I called the office I asked to speak with the office manager, I was transferred to Maria (who is currently supposed to be working on my case). I then asked Maria for her supervisor so that I could escalate and perhaps get help she told me she was the supervisor. Classic, so I felt the need to write this review so that real supervisor could read this. And hopefully reach out. I am TIRED of chasing them. I signed with David S Kohm in December 2021 and here we are in July and I am still having to follow up and reach out to find out status. My car has been fixed since January. My physical therapy ended in February. You have to chase them and still 0 resolution. My advice, talk to the insurance company of the at fault driver and settle on your own. There are two really good employees there Mayra and Asiah they were actually doing their jobs. And I am appreciative of them. I wished they could have followed me through my entire journey but I was passed off.
