This company is terrible. My son works at one of their outlet store and the manager cut his hours because he asked for time off to go to a funeral for his uncle.

This company is worthless, 3 times trying to place an order and each time roughly 20 minutes and each time with no success. They need to make a complete overhaul with personal that take orders because they do not understand English very well at all. The best thing i can do now is contact the better business bureau and file a complaint. This company gets no stars period ????????????????

Bills itself as a American company “Made in the USA” but is made in Taiwan and Vietnam. Found this out after i placed an order and after waiting weeks with no shipping notice I contacted them. Was told that shipping was delayed due to covid. Was never informed that it was coming from Asia. Tried to cancel and company refused to cancel. They gave a time line of another 7-20 days to receive order. Will switch to another brand and will make sure they are made and shipped here before buying. I have kept all the emails from them. If i could give them negative stars I would. Send American jobs to Asia, just to increase their profits is unacceptable!

Hanes men's briefs are now about as thin as Kleenex tissue paper. This defeats the purpose, all to save a few cents. I will now be shopping for something similar to what Hanes used to manufacture, and will gladly pay a little more for the comfort.

I ordered 4 items but when I received the order there were only 3 items in the package even though the packing list showed 4. I paid for 4 but only got 3. I have written Hanes multiple times about the shortage but I have not received any return communication at all. This is customer service at it's worse. I have been a Hanes customer all my life but no more!
