I was involved in a traffic accident that was not my fault, and Rob was a great, responsive attorney. He listened to my desires, ran the numbers, and made a case in civil court. The judge ruled in my favor and I was reimbursed for the damages, physical and medical, plus some for time and effort involved in the whole process. Note: I am not a client, I merely sought representation. It took them be better part of two weeks to even look at my case, at which point I was passed off as unworthy. I give two stars because if that little work and attention took two weeks to get, I cannot imagine how punishingly drawn out actual legal work with them would be. It is not one star because at least they did give a referral which is expected most places but rare in Charlottesville for what may or may not be reasons which are clear to all, but that I believe are vivid to some. Later addition: Mr. Davidson reached out to me, clarified some things, and gave me some general ideas on how I might go about dealing with my situation. While his advice did not ultimately pan out, it was very reasonable and well informed, and our chat was pleasant.
