I was in a pickle, and i heard about him from someone who used him and he did wonders for her. I hired him as my lawyer and he definitely went above and beyond then what i could have imagined and got me a better deal then what i was initially looking for. The Front office girl had a very bad customer service her name is Stephany and was extremely Rude and yelled at me saying that Clients don’t seem to understand the cases!!!!... I called regarding my brother’s case and left messages for Mr. Flores. When they don’t answer I would leave voice mails and never got a call back, now I know that maybe this Stephany girl never forwards the messages to any of the lawyers. She shouldn’t be working at a law office if is not patient enough to take the time to explain or answer questions.......
