UNETHICAL PRACTICES This firm serves as a collection agency. They provide collection services to the Piney Orchard Association. This firm will deliberately send certified letters to addresses you have not lived at for years, creating a delay in response; thus increasing fees and penalties. When you contact their office they do not respond in a timely fashion. It took me over 60 days to get some sort of dialogue. This resulted in fees and interest of over $700 over an 80 day period. I was unemployed and suffered hardship due to this COVID-19 shut down. They denied any reduction in fees or interest.
As a Property Manager for multiple Homeowner Associations, I worked closely for 6 years with Davis Agnor Rapaport and Skalny on amending governing documents, representation in law suits, and consultation on HOA issues. I highly recommend.
