In March my husband and daughter were in a motor vehicle accident, my husband contacted Davis Law Firm where the firm immediately got to work. Our Attorney was Daniela, she was informative and helpful and after my husband completed his physical therapy he was awarded the highest settlement possible as well was for the baby. Over two years ago I was t-boned by an incapacitated/drunk driver who had his license suspended at the scene. The accident gave me two herniated discs and a brain injury. The damage to my vehicle was extensive. I called Davis Law Firm immediately. 1. I never received a rental car. 2. Two years later have not yet received any money for vehicle damage. 3. The insurance offers are insulting, and Davis Law says I need to accept about $10,000 in my pocket, which won’t even cover the time I had to take off work for neurology appointments and spinal injections. 4. Not one time in the 2+ years has my attorney team taken initiative to reach out to me. The only time I receive an update is if I call, and then I have to wait for a return phone call while they look into where things stand… As of today, it has been several months since they told me my case would be settled. I have not received a single update. Of course, if I get my under-insured coverage from my insurance company, Davis Law will take a cut off the top, though they did nothing. The entire process has been frustrating and mind blowing. I never imagined that two years after my accident I would still be sitting here with no resolution, and that the only possible resolution presented to me would be beyond insulting. I don’t see how David Law Firm has benefited me at all. I wish I had called another company with better reviews. Don’t make the same mistake I made. Call someone else.

The Davis Law firm only cares if they're going to make a million dollars off of your case. They do not care about a single father of four because his case isn't worth millions, is what they told me. They kept me hanging on for about five months just to tell me they were dropping my case. It's winnable they said but not going to make them a million dollars so we're dropping you. My advice would be to ignore this law firm, Jeff Davis is only there 4 themselves and don't care if a single father of four wrecked his car. THE DAVIS LAW FIRM. Keep it moving to the next law firm is my advice.

"444-4444-Four nothing. These people are out to make a buck. I was not influence by the eglon man who takes up 1/3rd of the billboards or TV ads. If you don't have a claim that will make them millions, they won't deal with you. I wasted 15 minutes on a intake over the phone. I was transferred to some mexican woman with a thick accent I had a hard time understanding her and she said, I will call you back. I never heard from them and I called. It took several calls to get through because, you get a message your number comes up as a registered spam number. Press 1 to be connected to register you number. Who is spamming who?
