Wow! Tender loving care, true compassion, complete adherence to the law….I heartily endorse this law firm! I have been disappointed by other large firms in town, so I knew the warning signs. I never felt that way with Davis….aggressive, proactive, good listeners….I cannot gush enough. Our tragic car wreck and subsequent medical procedures and surgery turned out not so bad after negotiations with this firm. Like they say, “we hope to never hear from you again, because it means you are in pain, but always call us if you, a loved one or friend needs us.”

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Take your business elsewhere. They are just after your money. In July of 2022, I was hit by someone reversing on a 2 lane road at 40+ mph. Davis Lawfirm assured me I would be taken care of, and I would see fair payment for the damages and out of pocket costs. They settled the personal injury portion in May 2023, took their $12,000, left me with scraps, and then dumped me as a client, leaving me to fight on my own for the property damage and out of pocket expenses. I was told they would help me, but they did not. In a recent email, they claimed they did "everything in their power to help." It's now Jan 2024, and I am still fighting for the bare minimum. I never even got compensated for $10,000 of depreciation on the vehicle. My loan is upside down, my credit cards are maxed, and I've been consistently 1-2 months behind on bills because of the out of pocket expenses. This firm does not take care of you. All they want is your money. Find someone better.

Over two years ago I was t-boned by an incapacitated/drunk driver who had his license suspended at the scene. The accident gave me two herniated discs and a brain injury. The damage to my vehicle was extensive. I called Davis Law Firm immediately. 1. I never received a rental car. 2. Two years later have not yet received any money for vehicle damage. 3. The insurance offers are insulting, and Davis Law says I need to accept about $10,000 in my pocket, which won’t even cover the time I had to take off work for neurology appointments and spinal injections. 4. Not one time in the 2+ years has my attorney team taken initiative to reach out to me. The only time I receive an update is if I call, and then I have to wait for a return phone call while they look into where things stand… As of today, it has been several months since they told me my case would be settled. I have not received a single update. Of course, if I get my under-insured coverage from my insurance company, Davis Law will take a cut off the top, though they did nothing. The entire process has been frustrating and mind blowing. I never imagined that two years after my accident I would still be sitting here with no resolution, and that the only possible resolution presented to me would be beyond insulting. I don’t see how David Law Firm has benefited me at all. I wish I had called another company with better reviews. Don’t make the same mistake I made. Call someone else.

Mr. Hinshaw and team along with Mr. Jeff Davis did an outstanding job making sure I received all the care I needed to try and correct my injury received due to negligence and then helped me get compensation as well! They do a fantastic job and they were able to get me a decent amount and I appreciate their great team!

If it wasn’t for them, I honestly don’t know how or where we would’ve been at this moment after our accident last summer. And I honestly cannot say enough, from the bottom of our hearts, Thank you. We would recommend you both in a heartbeat, to anyone! Because not only, did you both fight hard and work so hard for us, but you were able to help us get a good settlement, and help pay for all our medical bills. It was more than we could have ever thought of or could have ask for. We know Ceara and Jason had other cases besides ours, but they always made us feel like we were their only ones, I don’t know how they did that, but I know it’s because they are good at what they do. I’m so glad I made the phone that day. And I’m so glad we pick you to help us. It was one of the best decisions I could have made, the insurance company’s can only do so much, if you feel you need more help, they are definitely the ones to call. We are so grateful for both of you guys at Davis Law Firm. There’s no one else in San Antonio that we would recommend, you guys are it! God bless you both.
