My personal experience with the staff was above and beyond. Mackenzie and Daniel were very personable and understanding. They took care of the details, a lot of which I did not even consider after my father's passing. The facility is clean and bright, and appropriate measures were in place to follow covid-19 safety protocols.

I was warmly received and Tim Bailey and Mackenzie took care of my paperwork. It was a beautiful, sensitive experience, although I was shattered to lose my husband I know he received the best of their services in his care. Thank you team including Ian, Michelle and others who were so kind.

Very very disappointed ! The care of my mother’s remains and death notice was a total disgrace to her memory. Had to call to get it corrected! Bought four urn necklaces that were not sealed (outsides of them covered in her ashes), one came open and I lost my mother’s ashes ! Urn was not properly engraved . Never ever again!! Do not trust this place now! Three huge errors that has made my experience dramatically unpleasant and extremely upsetting . As if my mother passing wasn’t hard enough ....It is very disappointing and completely unacceptable! My family has used this home for generations....how could they be so careless ?

Well organized and caring staff. Ian was accomodating and extremely helpful.

Called for quote was told "Mackenzie" would call back.... no call back!! Terrible considering death is their business.
