After going through a very rough situation I can say that I can only imagine how much worse it would have been without the guidance, focus and support I had from my lawyers Mark Palumbo and Dominic Piazza!!! Dominic was unbelievable with his availability at any time I needed and in staying on top of things throughout the process. I'm not a huge fan of attorneys, having had some unpleasant experiences with them in the past, but Davis, Upton, & Palumbo assisted me with one of the happiest events in my life: my son's adoption. Process was straightforward and the cost was reasonable. Hopefully, I won't need representation in the near future, but if/when I do, I'll start here first!
Service from this company started off very well but after awhile they took forever to answer phone calls or to respond to any questions that was asked of them. Eventually, I had to find another agency to deal with the situation I was inquiring about because it was extremely difficult to communicate with this company. I would recommend that if you have questions or need good service that you avoid this particular company. Customer service is definitely not their first priority.
I have used Davis, Upton and Palumbo in Prince Frederick to get a Power of Attorney, as well as for selling my home, under owner financing, to my son. They are reliable, answer your emails, and your questions. Michelle Daley, Esq and her legal assistant, Kailyn Hutchins, were wonderful to work with.
