Deaderick Law took care of the closing on our home. Boy, do I wish they DIDINT. They were professional and prompt UNTIL it came time for us to receive our proceeds from the sale. Ian looked at my wife and I and told us “it is past the cutoff time for wires today, but the money will be in your account in the morning.” The next morning rolls around and we get the run around. It wasn’t until the 3rd phone call was it made clear that they did not send the wires themselves, they use a third party to. All I wanted was the Fed Reference # on the wire so I could track it with my bank. I attempted to speak to Ian about the issue and he CONTINUOUSLY spoke over me. He spoke to me as if I was a child. I had to ask him “can I speak uninterrupted now?” He REFUSED to admit he wasn’t doing everything he could have to ensure we got our funds in a timely manner. Was I perfect in the situation? No. But his phone etiquette is HORRIFIC. The calls are recorded if anyone wants proof lol.

Hired Deaderick Law for all of our company business affairs. Which are many. They are a wonderful team. There when you need them, and amazing in all areas of the law. We will continue to use their services with our companies from here on.

My attorney was fantastic. Cynthia Lyons did a wonderful job, kept me up to date, took care of my needs, and was courteous throughout the process. However, Deaderick Law, as a business, was horrible! I received multiple phone calls requesting additional payments after I was already paid. Each time, I verified with my attorney that I did not owe them money. They would call back and apologize, only to do it again in a few weeks! This happened so often, that there is no way it was a clerical error. Deaderick Law is among the countless soul-sucking, heartless legal offices in this world who are putting their own gains above the service of their clients. Office staff was consistently rude and dismissive as well. As great as Cynthia was, I will never seek representation though this company again.
