Top Calibre Attorney with an eye for details and a passion for perfection. While I have not hired him personally, he has defended a Miami company I had to sue to collect my monies over $300k. I have faced Mr Dearr's wrath in several depositions. I have seen him become very emotionally involved in the clients matter and at times this blurs the line between client and attorney but that may be a good thing for the clients. His demeanor may at times come as aggressive but he is a thorough professional and a like able gentleman. If not for conflict of interest I would hire him in heart beat.
