I had an old debt issue that resulted in a lien being mistakenly placed against me. It was preventing me from being able to close on a home loan. I have worked with Tyler and his office staff for as long as I can remember. They are always extremely quick to respond to any phone calls and requests. As a debtor's attorney it is important to be able to work well with creditors. Tyler sets the bar very high for creditor's attorneys that do their job well. I am always thrilled when I see that Tyler is on the other side of any of my cases. He always fights hard for his clients and has earned the respect of all attorneys in this area.

Report Unfair Debt Practices. It is essential to report debt collectors who violate your rights to the state of Kentucky. If a debt collector oversteps their legal boundaries, then submit a complaint to Kentucky's Department of Financial Institutions (DFI).

I called hoping for a resolution with a issue I am having and the receptionist who wouldn't give me her name was extremely rude. I politely informed her that the issue was new to me and I was clueless how to handle the situation and just needed pointed in a direction. She said I called the wrong office. However, Deatrick & Spies, P.S.C is the attorney that mailed me a letter and the only contact info I have. Again, she said she would "not direct my call to anyone because it is not their job to offer any kind of direction". After getting nowhere, I thanked her for being so polite and hung up. I do not recommend them to anyone solely because of the disgruntled woman who apparently hates life.
