Deborah L. Gordon PLC

Hello, I don't recommend the Deborah Gordan Law firm. I was treated very poorly and talked down to by Tanya when I called to speak with an attorney. She refused to let me speak with attorney or have them call me back. Tanya demanded that I tell her everything that happened with my employer. Afterward, she proceeded to give me legal advice and tell me that I don't have a legal case against my employer without letting me fully explain my points. She is very rude and talks over you when you're trying to talk with condescending attitude. My concern is that Tanya is not a lawyer and it's not legally her job to give legal advice. All she does is answers the telephones at the front desk. Only a attorney/ lawyer can give legal advice. Deborah Gordon can actually get in trouble for allowing her receptionist and non attorney staff to give legal advice to callers. Tanya should be polite and professional on the phones. Take your name and number if attorney is unavailable and have the attorney call you back. The attorney is the person who is legally allowed to evaluate your case and tell you if you have a legal claim or not. Tanya needs to go to law school and get an education if she wants to give legal advice and be attorney in Michigan. A receptionist/ paralegal is not an attorney. Also, it's lazy for the attorneys to allow the front desk to answer legal questions just to avoid taking calls that might not be a legal claim. We all know lawyers get money when they win a legal claim. I hope this review helps. Have A Wonderful Day

Deborah Gordon is absolutely the very best Attorney you could hope to have. Not only brilliant, but truly cares about your issues and concerns. Her integrity is absolute, her honesty is without question. At the end of the day, there is none better. If you have a truthful case, she is going to be right beside you.
