Debra S. Johnson, P.A.

I used Mrs Johnson in hopes of obtaining a modification of a parenting plan. I was asked to pay $8700 which would entail a modification. During this time after money was paid, Miss Johnson made me aware that due to the Florida laws. She cannot modify the parenting plan. instead she used all of my money just for emails and other unnecessary things. She also represented me one time in the court room, which was when she fumbled on her words, and seemed as if she was drunk and didn’t make any sense. So bad that the opposing parties lawyer stopped her and asked the judge what she was talking about. I would not recommend her to anyone. She says she is a shark. She says that she is the greatest in Orlando. But she has failed miserably in what she did. She primarily wants to take your money and then claim irreconcilable differences when terminated . This is not an angry review this is the reality of the money she used and how she used it for her own gain . Do not believe her when she says she is the best in Orlando and knows all the judges personally. Her one time representing me showed her lack of ability to represent. I also received a message from another client of Debra’s and she stated Debra did the same thing to her family ! And actually told her the same things she said to me but only taking her money and giving no results! If you need proof please reach out to me as this woman did who read this review . I have filed a complaint but I will continue to post and review her on every site I come across until she is either barred for theft and fraud or returns my 8700.00 she stole from me .

Without going into all the details, I had hired a different attorney that was not good at their profession at all. After spending thousands of dollars, I was referred to Debra Johnson. Not only was she professional, but she was also great at educating me on the divorce laws in the state of Florida. Once she looked over my case, she determined that my previous attorney did not represent me well. She was able to file the proper motions and get me back on track. I was able to resolve my divorce and come to a fair resolution with my ex. Thanks to Debra she made a horrible situation much easier, and I cannot thank her enough. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anybody.

Best of the BEST in Florida! 2 attorneys(wish I had found Ms. Johnson from the start), 3 judges, and a little over 2 years later I was awarded sole custody and ultimate decision making. She helped me protect my daughter and there are not enough thank yous and review stars in the world to give to repay her for that!! She is the kind of attorney you want by your side during these extremely difficult times because she will fight for you and your children like no other. In September 9 2022, I hired Attorney Debra Johnson for my divorce case. She is a wonderful lawyer and a person. She did everything she could to help me win my case.
