I don’t normally do reviews but this company was a joy to work with at first but has now turned into a nightmare. A process that was suppose to help reduce stress is now causing me lots of stress. It started with the constant changing of the attorney on my case. In the early stages the attorney’s were very communicative and would get back with you in a timely fashion now I have been emailing my attorney over 3 months with no response. I am having major issues with my Chpt 13 and after calling the customer service line twice a day for 6 days I finally got someone to pick up and she was extremely rude. I felt as if she was uninterested in assisting me and was told that there was nothing she could do and that she would reach out to me by Monday after she speaks to an attorney. I requested a phone number for her or an email and she said she would send me an email however I never received it. I am extremely frustrated and have put in several hours trying to get in contact with Debt Stoppers. There lack of response to a very important matter has my entire case in jeopardy a case j have been working on since December of 2020. In my opinion go with a smaller company because these guys apparently have more work then workers.

The two I spoke with are very rude. They also provide false information stating that bankruptcy can’t be used for storage. Also, when I called back the representative hung up in my face. I will be calling corporate and leaving all kind of reviews

Attorney Katarzyna Rzeszutek was absolutely wonderful! She worked around the clock not just file my chapter 13 case, but file it correctly. She was courteous and returned phone calls in a timely manner.
