Very professional company and great listeners

When I first went there 3 years ago, no problem. Now that I've paid almost $20,000 almost 4,000 of that is fees paid for attorney... yet I've been calling min of Twice a day, leaving messages, their call center says they are emailing my attorney...NO RESPONSE. FOOLISHNESS!! I'm going to look up my attorney and update it here.

I asked them to wait, I wasn't sure if I was ready. Robert too that cancelation as a reschedule and pulled a hard credit report. They said we will fixnit and call you back, it never happened. I am going to file a complaint against them.
