I can’t comment on any of their services because they literally never answer the phone or reply to emails. What’s the point of taking on clients if you’re not going to respond. Only time I hear from them is when they need documents. And if you call them back to speak about the documents and get some more clarification, they do not answer. To all the public adjusters and homeowners out there do not use this company.

If you are looking for a firm that puts you first, Deitsch & Deitsch is it. I cannot say enough positive things about them. They have been extremely reliable, going above and beyond to get great results. They made it convenient for me to continue with my work life and personal life, knowing they were working hard for me. They were always looking out for my best interest and they've earned my respect and trust. I will continue to use their services for anything I need and intend to recommend them to friends and family! Highly recommended!

My home insurance wouldn't pay for a flood that happened in my kitchen. The company I have been paying all these years claimed that it was a slow leak for a long time. I live in the house I would know if it was flooded! I got a lawyer finally, and I'm so glad I did. I wouldn't have been able to fix my kitchen if not. During it, anytime anything came up I just called the office and sent the papers to them, it made the whole terrible situation so much better. Grateful to this firm for their help.

I was rear-ended by a driver recently and their insurance refused to pay because the driver never accepted responsibility! I had to drive around with smashed up bumper for a month waiting for them to contact their driver. Within days of hiring Deitsch and Wright, the insurance company sent the proper payout.
