Great Airline to fly! Sky Miles that never expire! Reasonable fares and nice snacks! A variety of aircraft from the CRJ200, MD-88, A319, B777, etc. Nice staff! Lots of destinations! Keep it up y'all!

I am so tired of Delta and their apologies. That's all they do is say 'sorry' but the company itself really is sorry. On my flight from Atlanta to Orlando there was BLOOD on the wall next to me. When I pointed it out I was handed a glove and moist towelettes to clean myself. Awesome. My original flight was delayed due to mechanical errors. Obviously, I don't want to fly on a plane that has issues. But what I don't get is, the plane was coming from Atlanta. The Hub. The Mecca of Delta. At what point do they change planes. Are you telling me that at the Delta Mecca they don't have extra planes in extreme cases like that? 6 hours? They couldn't find my luggage. I had to wait almost 2 hours for them to locate it. After the horrible time I had I was offered 10,000 points. it's like the show 'whose line is it anyway' where the point don't matter.

Fair reporting. It is believed that only complainers and unhappy customers leave feedback. However, flight was changed due to Maintenance today from SGF to ATL which led to a different flight (The 11:15am), last seat in the back 18B. Not so great you say? Oh contraire, our cabin crew member was 'Trudy' who was so friendly, efficient and amenable that I forgot all about my concerns or loss of First Class seat for back row next to bathroom location. Thank God for people in the world that really love what they do and show it through excellence while selflessly serving others. Thanks Delta; you got it right this time! No kidding three different people at different times complimenting her on her service. You have got a really amazingly my gem of a team member there, now don't blow it! Give her a raise and perhaps apply her passion across your business to train and lead others to be more friendly and helpful service-centered.

I will never fly delta again. Gave us an update that the flight was delayed 1.5 hrs so we delayed the time we would leave for the airport. Then they sent another update an hour later that the flight was only delayed 10 min so we had to run to the car and speed to the airport only to find out these updates didn't mean anything and the flight was actually delayed more than 2.5 hours. So we switched our flight to an earlier one but guess what...that one got delayed by hours too...Very unprofessional and will not trust this company with my travel plans ever again.
