Dennis Seymour APC

Dennis Seymour is an excellent attorney. I interviewed several during my search. I highly recommend that you talk to him before you make your final decision about who will represent you. My case was extremely complicated and emotional, and Mr. Seymour was able to develop very creative strategies that set him apart from other attorneys that I spoke to. He has an excellent work ethic ~ I was able to get a hold of him in a very timely manner. If he was unavailable, I was always given information from his paralegal. He listens intently and is efficient with his work. The stress of enduring these cases can be difficult, and he will cut through to the facts, make you feel comfortable and do everything he can to win.

I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with many attorney's. I have had one fortunate experience. Dennis Seymour. He is a nice person and so is his wife Peggy. They run this like a family business and they are all very honest. In my experience I had a Mediator-type against a former spouse who had a shark. Everyone knows these two attorneys, especially the shark, who is very expensive and has scores of lawsuits against him. The shark made a mess of everything and the mediator was defenseless. Dennis Seymour straightened it out and the shark resigned. If you want an honest, detail oriented attorney, hire Dennis Seymour. If you just want to settle and your spouse is fair, do it. I heard opposing counsel mis quote the law at trial. During lunch break Mr. Seymour rushed back to his office, skipped lunch and looked up the law. Back at Court opposing counsel was caught doing what many attorney's do, misrepresenting. If you want to wage war and throw your money away to that too. I respect a few people and Dennis Seymour is one of them.
