This is the new Providence dhs walk in office for anyone who might be confused. Staff is as friendly as you'll find. Listen, they're just doing the best they can with a broken system! Cut them some slack.

I've been to this office multiple times throughout the years and staff are not helpful. Today I came to try to sign up for a training. They gave me a piece a paper with instructions to follow which I did. I sat on the computer for about 45minutes to complete customer application and followed the instruction on the paper on how to save it. Long story short, the direction was not clear and I wasted my time. All the lady said " that's too bad". It's really unfortunate that staff there could care less.

Always a good place to go to look for work. Always someone there to help. Offer ways to get you interviews, update your resumé, free classes to hell improve job skills, fax and printing available.

Unbelievable. I don’t understand how something so important to the well being of so many is such a mess. Soooo frustrating....No answers . No payments. No access to claim information Next protest should be in front of DLT building. !!! Terribly run department. Unacceptable and shameful. Thanks for all the unnecessary tears and sleepless nights!

This place is horrible ???? waiting too long and standing outside sometimes uff no he'll not I hate to going there
