Took a week to respond to my email. Couldn't leave a voice message, the mail box for that number was full. Guess they are so fabulous they need to hire more help. I didn't bother to call back. They said I didn't need to unless I hadn't found anyone else. Not impressed.

Ben Cushman and team go above and beyond any expectation that you have! Very trustworthy, responsive, and extremely fair. Is always going to shoot you straight with all the facts but the kicker comes in to his preparation and execution on the problem you are trying to get resolved.
