I have used this law firm several times for my business. Okay legal advice, rather on the conservative side and not extremely helpful. Anyway, we then had a large case and we needed timely representation. It took several days and multiple calls and emails to get an appointment with Jody Reich, which we were happy with. We sent information ahead of time, but it was clear it was not read. We then gave an extensive explanation and Jody expressed confidence in our case. We felt reassured and felt like we had someone who believed in our case and would be our advocate. Within a few days, Jody had spoken to opposing counsel and she came back to us telling us to settle with no substantive explanation. We were gobsmacked. The facts of the case had not changed, but she seemed to be intimidated by the downtown Seattle firm our opponent had hired. She did eventually settle our case with a resolution we were comfortable with, but I can't say she was our advocate and I don't think she cared about our case. The firm also over billed for services we did not receive. They did reverse the charge once I brought it to their attention, but it does not make me comfortable with their billing practices. I cannot recommend this law firm and will not use them again.

Mark Davis is an extraordinary Attorney. I can’t say enough - he is a life saver. I explained the situation I was up against and he understood. He communicated this clearly on my behalf and it made all the difference. The outcome he got for me was much more than I expected. I had a Job Offer revoked by a major corporation. Having resigned my former position left me in a precarious position . They have several options available to cover their fees which was helpful. Mark advised we should approach the company first and ask for a settlement without going to court. The settlement they agreed to was fair considering the post Covid 19 Economy and in the end everyone was compensated. Mark kept me informed and counseled me on possible outcomes during the negotiation . I was glad he was in my corner! You get what you pay for and I felt my case with Mark Davis and the team was handled well without a long drawn out case and the fees were fair. I highly recommend them for your legal needs.

I was referred to this agency (& to Mark Davis specifically) by a colleague & friend who had worked with them/him prior. I’d never worked with a lawyer before and was intimidated about the idea of a lawsuit & I was dealing with an intimidating situation necessitating a lawsuit. WOW! I am very surprised to see any type of review less than a 5 star to be completely honest. HOWEVER, as someone who DID ACTUALLY use the services of Mr. Mark Davis, I cannot state enough how FANTASTIC it was to deal with him as well as Denise Moss (his Paralegal). I had spoken with several other law firms prior to Mr. Davis and his office. The other firms I spoke with made me question myself and my case. They took a lot of time to ask questions and gave either little to no feedback or just made me feel some kind of negative feeling about my case. This frankly put me into a negative head space for a couple of weeks. BUT THEN, I spoke with Ms. Moss, she took the time to discuss my case with Mark, and she reached back out to me about 1 week later and said that Mark Davis would like to meet with me. From the moment I met with Mark Davis, not only was I comfortable with him, BUT he truly made me feel as though what I have been going through was indeed valid and that I was not wrong in the situation and he had a way to make me feel validated and heard which is something I had not felt for several months of dealing with my case. Mr. Davis took on my case and he was WONDERFUL. As someone who has worked with several attorneys over the years for different things, and as someone who ACTUALLY USED the services of Mr. Mark Davis, I cannot highly recommend enough using this attorney!!!
