Staff is lazy and doesn’t care about anything. Alex (supervisor) should never have a job in customer service let alone supervising customer service. This place is a scam that doesn’t cover anything. It’s 2023 and they were telling me that NOT ONE representative there has an email address and can send a simple email with the department that can actually help you. Absolutely vile human beings that need major training and anger management classes. Honestly you are better off lying to them to get what you want, they deserve to be out of business.

The absolute worst company - They rejected my claim because my work related business travel is not included in their reasons for cancellation. Had I known I should lie and look up approved reasons prior to filing my claim.

Claim filed on 3/15 for baggage delay but claim hasn’t been processed. Been getting the run around. Will not use them again. Since they failed to settle this claim this is a violation. Service not rendered; I will be submitting a dispute for them to reimburse my travel insurance money.

I have horrible experience with Allianz. I purchased tickets thru Ticketmaster with Allianz coverage. When I called to cancel the tickets apparently there was no policy generated even though I got email confirmation from Ticketmaster that I have purchased a policy. My email requests were unresponsive and when I called they could not help and said sorry. Not I just lost $300 on the event I can’t attend.

Zero stars, our car broke down 10 mins from a venue we purchased insurance for. They would not honor the claim because we could not have the car towed until the next day as it was a Saturday night in Chicago and that's the soonest they could tow it. As a result the company denied our claim. SCAM!
