Edit: The hotel shuttle is a joke. They advertise EVERYWHERE that they have a shuttles available to take you places within 5 miles of the hotel, but they refuse to actually take you anywhere when you ask. I found a giant dead cockroach behind the door - I really hadn't had an issue with the cleanliness of the room until then. Now I'm kind of grossed out. There is a pool, but there's no water in it. It's like 100 degrees every day....being able to swim would be pretty nice when it's this hot out. On the bright side: The cafe connected to the hotel has a nice variety of food every day, and it has an awesome view. The ponds behind the hotel are gorgeous and perfect if you enjoy walking or running outside. The gym here is pretty good (for a hotel), but the advertised fitness classes don't have instructors - so those don't "classes" don't actually exist.

Awesome hotel. Very comfortable. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there are no microwaves on the rooms. That's not necessarily a bad thing. Some prefer it that way. It would just be more convenient to warm things up, like a microwave dinner or something. Other than that, very nice hotel. Gym is phenomenal. Sauna, basketball court, you name it. Very clean place. Breakfast is really good, too.

I work here regularly ... Great place to teach classes. It was a training facility for a now defunct airline so it is laid out more like a dorm than a hotel. It has a huge gym ... Unlike any hotel I've ever stayed at. It has a large cafeteria in the center of the complex and a little walking trail around a pond for a nice stroll. The rooms are adequate but not super nice ... They are clean and that meets my number one criteria. Shuttle to and from the airport as well as any place within 5 miles of the facility.

On occasions, my job has me fly down to Dallas to visit our HQ for conference meetings. I love the fact that the hotel and offices are all within the same compound. You have a bar on the 3rd floor, a cafeteria that serves great breakfast, lunch, and dinner for reasonable prices. You have all you need all in one location. The airport is a few miles away and the shuttle service is fast and convenient. Being that close to the airport... I thought I'd be woken up by airplanes at night. I had no issue whatsoever and slept very comfortably. I look forward to visiting the office when the opportunity presents itself.

Attending a certification class. Depending on what's going on parking close by to your event /room can be an issue during the day. No problems with the room or amenities. Large gym, decent varied options for lunch and breakfast during the week. Refrigerator in room, but you'll need to go to other rooms to use a microwave. Comfortable bed, small TV. On site laundry equipment available.
