When I made the retention fee I clearly stated if the out come is going to hinder my CDL license to not plea out I will seek different counsel, instead they lied to me on the phone and told me Jason Diamond has handle CDL cases before and not to worry so instead of notifying me on the phone. Jason just took a plea in court without my consent that does not even have driving school option or a lesser speed so it can be a lesser severe to me and my career in CMV when I called the address the situation their respond was we notified you via email before they went to court.....not a good way to communicate someone's living hood, now I'm unemployed with 3 kids with one that has autism that was actually was the one I was rushing to the doctor because of his uncontrollable violent behavior.
