I am very, very upset with the results from this attorney. I got a speeding ticket in Dayton, Ohio going to Wisconsin. I was on an interstate and next thing I know I was being pulled over for speeding. I got a ticket for 81mph in a 55mph and cars were traveling rite along beside me. As soon as I got home from this trip I immediately grabbed the phone and started looking for attorneys who could help me with this speeding ticket and I dont even live in that state. I found Richard M. Hunt office. The paralegal was the main person I spoke with the entire time through emails, phone calls, and voicemails. I wanted to make sure I didnt get any points on my license, so I made sure to ask for that. Well from my knowledge, I thought that attorneys were suppose to give you the best legal advice possible and then give you an invoice for his knowledge and to appear for you in court, when you can't be there. The paralegal told me she could definitely get it to where I wouldn't have any points. Ok, I paid all my fees and signed all documents. Now 6 months later I get a letter from DMV where I live. The letter is to advise me that my license are suspended for (1) year due to the speeding ticket I received in Ohio for traveling 25mph over the posted speed limit. I am so viciously upset I start crying! This attorney should have known that this was gonna happen to my license as a result of pleading guilty to speeding 25mph over the limit in my state of NC. If the guy didnt know any laws for NC then I dont think he should have taken my case! So now I have to pay another attorney here in NC to get a chance to drive at all, which might not happen. Make note also that I have zero points on my driving record before this ticket and after but because of the amount of speed over the limit and out of state, I have no license for a year. Thanks alot Richard M.Hunt, or was this his paralegal instead working my case? Be very careful who you choose as an attorney out of state!!!!! This attorney done more harm to me than any good!!!!
