I have known Dieter Karl Rapp for several years. He helped me incorporate my business. I also retained him to help write a business contract and non-disclosure agreement. Dieter is a smart, talented, and very capable attorney. I would recommend him to anyone in need of legal assistance.

Dieter Rapp works from his house. Fact is he does not work much at all. Rapp went to a 3rd Rate Law School and from what I can see his wife as he admitted to me supports him. I would not hire him.
