Great selections and the sale prices are awesome! My only critique is that it was hard to find a cashier despite the many checkout counters. The employees in the purses and bags were super sweet though! My husband also found some great work clothes for good prices.

Exceptional Service from Jay! I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Dillard’s woman’s shoe department and was blown away by the outstanding service provided by Jay. He truly went above and beyond to assist me in finding a pair of shoes that were in limited stock. Despite the challenges, Jay was incredibly helpful and dedicated. He searched high and low, both in the front and back of the store, until he finally located the last pair. His willingness to help and positive attitude made my shopping experience truly enjoyable. Didn’t get his last name but Andrew in the women’s shoe department was really nice and helpful will definitely continue shopping there because of him! I thought it might be all your employees but no he’s one of the few good ones because that same day in a different department another employee couldn’t even be bothered to help. But the experience with Andrew was amazing that i didn’t leave with the bad experience in mind

To the employee who racially profiled me and my family I hope this doesn't happen to your loved ones considering you were also Hispanic. Crazy how I always shop here for everything including my perfumes and these two Hispanic women started getting close to me and my husband while we were shopping for birthday outfits for my sons. I already knew what they were up to and noticed they were only keeping a close proximity to us and not anyone else. My little one says he needs to go to the restroom and as we're making our way towards the furniture section she starts telling us that we are not allowed to go in there with clothes. I have never stolen in my life nor plan to due to the consequences. I will not loose my successful career and family over two $11 t-shirts. I have actually gone to the furniture section before looking for home accessories a handful of time WITH shoes in hand and clothing and have NEVER been told that I cannot go to that section. I really do pray karma doesnt do to you or your family what you did to us today. This was the end for me and Dillard's. I'll be going elsewhere.

Lady in the intimates area was amazing and really sweet. The fragrance area sales man was extremely pushy. He did sell me on Creed when I stated I wear Juicy which is a lower end perfume. He compared them, but did not inform me that it was $480. I dang near passed out.
