I just went through a home purchase and dealing with Jim Coulter and Nicole was honestly the easiest part of the entire process. The bank was being very meticulous about the paperwork and I honestly don't know what I would have done without them. I highly recommend using these guys, they are very professional and knowledgeable about the whole process and responded immediately any time I had any questions or needed anything.

If possible, I wouldn't give them one star. I wouldn't recomment this company. We were given less than 6 hours notice of a closing. When Tiera (their attorney) was questioned her response was "sorry I forgot to inform you". They were very difficult to work with. Purchasing a home should be an exciting endeavor. Our experience with this company was very unprofessional not to mention frustrating.
