Most incompetent law firm I have ever dealt with. Cannot even get my address correct after notifying them of their error. If they cannot even get an address correct what else are they missing? Also discrepancies in letters I was sent. Very unprofessional. Won’t be recommending them to anyone and hope they hire more competent staff. Messy messy messy! ????????????????
In my experience as a Realtor, I can say without a doubt that they provide excellent customer service, take extreme care of clients and all parties involved, and serve as a safety net for transactions that I have sent them.
This may be a first that “the other side” is leaving a 5-star review: I was sued by a client of this firm’s, and the case could have easily proceeded to make the firm additional income. It is often difficult to see the forest for the trees, but Messrs Carrier and McNary were able to see their client’s intent with the lawsuit for just what their client intended, and offered a fair compromise that both sides readily accepted - without incurring additional legal fees/clogging up the court. Being a pro se defendant (representing myself without my own attorney,) I imagine that these gentlemen had to deal with certain nuances from my expectations of them that they wouldn’t have experienced if I had my own professional counsel. So, most of all, kudos for their patience and continued professionalism. As a defendant, I am certainly happy that the outcome of being sued by this firm’s client was as reasonable as the circumstances allowed. And their client is also happy.
Had a horrible experience with this company. Communication was terrible, no empathy, and unprofessional. I left voicemails, kept being transferred to people within the office who had no idea what to do with my account. This company should have their employees complete more training on whatever their services are or hire new employees, because they are not in the right field. I’m sure they just applied for the job with no experience or proper certifications. Will not do business again!
Please do not do business with this company. I am a disabled senior citizen and they have used continuous threats and attorney fee gouging to try and scare me. They have added attorney fees to an HOA bill of 1200.00 and increased my bill to over 6000.00. They refused to contact the previous attorney attained by the HOA to find I had been paying the bill. They then started a foreclosure on my home but stopped it after I submitted receipts showing I had been paying. The HOA charged me for the foreclosure and Mr. Mink of this office charged me also. I also paid the other attorney, Mark Cantora. None of the money showed on the books of the company, Keith Collins Management. After I started asking questions, miraculously part of the money showed up on the books. Nobody can explain where the money went. I was told by Mr. Mink and the office secretary that Attorney Carrier would handle the case. Later I found out Mr. Carrier is a paralegal in the office. I believe this office is scamming seniors, extorting money, and using fear to intimidate them and force them to pay exorbitant fees. Though I don't have the money to fight them, I can use this forum to warn others of their practices! Beware, they are cheaters!
