I spoke to Director of Operations, Mike, briefly about my separation and what the process is that is to follow and he answered a lot of my questions. Mike saved all my questions down, which was a lot, and he called me later at night past 7pm to see if I can schedule a time to talk to their attorney, Joe Pietro, and I was thrilled! I had a chance to consult with Joe the day after and again, another great person to talk to! He took his time, very understanding and made me feel secure and confident, and gave me sound advice!
