Just another useless agency that does nothing to protect the voiceless. They've got job security regardless of whether or not they are actually competent, so why should they care? If the people I wanted to protect acquire a serious illness and die, at least I can say that I tried to help; which is more than can be said about this agency.

This organization saved my life. They're helping me fight an abusive guardianship and giving me a reason to have hope. I'm so grateful.

I turned to them for help and got the feeling they were on the other side, not understanding my medical situation nor really trying to help me. I also got the feeling that they have young new people working on cases instead of seasoned lawyers. I feel completely betrayed.

When the protectors of civil rights commit repeated and deliberate Federal civil rights violations there is a serious problem. Case workers are ignorant of law and actively cover up for other agencies involved in wrongdoing. Record everything.
