I give Disability Help Group a 5?????????? star rating because they have been so, so helpful getting me approved for my disability benefit claim. They do mostly all of the hard work for you. They help you to understand the whole process of your disability claim. I wanted to give Betsy and Sunshine and all of their team who assisted them a shout out "excellent job well done" with my disability benefit claim. They also helped me to be patient and told me truth in this long (1 year almost 2 months) process. ???? Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Disability Help Group has been working with me for three year. Sierra is amazing, kind, understanding and always willing to listen. I never felt alone and whenever i felt anxious or afraid I called to speak with her. She made all my worries disappear. Don't think twice about call them and let the Disability Help Group take over your claim. I was approved and i am so thankful to everyone including my lawyer. He went to court with me. He was very knowledgeable about my case and spoke to the judge and everything ran smoothly. I will recomend everyone i can that needs help.

We used Disability health group for our SSDI Claim and they remained diligent thru the entire process. Easy to get in touch with and stayed in contact with us every couple of weeks. The entire team is always pleasant and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone needing such help. Great job!!

Get helped me get my SSI early because I am disabled now and have been since 2018. I did have X-ray's and scans that I told the person that called me every 45 days. She didn't ask didn't record the information at the time. So at my hearing my attorney had requested an extra 15 days in order for him to get the records. I'm not sure if they ever got them or not. I would have liked to be updated on how my case was going. They did lack there but, overall I'm happy about the results. I just wish it had been sooner. But, I understand and can only assume that it took that long is because of how many cases SS had??

When I initially started with the disability help group I had a representative Medge she was friendly and made me feel like they were going to be able to help me. Midway through I was transferred to Geraldine and I honestly didn’t get the same vibe at all. She sounds dry and I didn’t get the feeling of security when I spoke to her m. I didn’t really get the same vibe I started with. I’m feeling like it’s all about the check at this point. I have been speaking with adjudicator from ssi disability who basically stated she has not been receiving updated information from disability help group and she was thankful that I the client was keeping her updated. I’m very disappointed at this point my case has been pending over8 months now and I’m the one who reaches out not the help group. I’m not recommending them at this point due to lack of support and care from representative and the company
