This law firm completely botched up my closing. The sent bogus document for the Sellers to the Funding company in order to get a sell, which cause me to purchase a property that actually wouldn't have qualified for funding without that happening. They cost me more than $3000 to correct the issues the house had after I found out about them, (after closing).

They have done many successful real estate closings for me. Ms Dixon is a very knowledgeable attorney and available to answer questions. Everyone is friendly and attentive to clients needs. I highly recommend this group for any real estate transactions.

I used her Firm to close an investment property in 2014. I am now selling the same property and the buyers closing attorney found an error in a Financial Power of Attorney prepared by her firm. The buyers closing attorney also asked for her assistance in providing a copy of the title search she her firm did when I purchased the property. Due to the COVID-19 courthouse closing and the record not being available online the title examiner could not get the proper information. He even offered to pay for the information and she refused. Virginia Dixon was quick to offer the buyers to close with her. I was able to get a Quit Claim Deed to fix her error however I have yet to sell the property because the title examiner can not get access to the courthouse records.
