It's unfortunate that we are so focused on the negative and rarely post the positive. I have a pending case and these things don't happen over night. They have kept me posted on everything that is happening and I cannot say enough on how helpful Ms. Lizzy Santiago has been! She is very courteous and I am very happy with this law firm. I realize my case may take a while but I know the attorneys are working diligently on my case. I highly recommend them and I know I'm in good hands. Thank you for representing me.

Doesn't return phone calls at times. Lost my shingles vaccination photo copy I sent in. Now, I'm having to do THEIR work for them to get another copy. Lies consistently to clients. Lawyers refuse to talk to clients or return phone calls.

This firm is HORRIBLE at returning phone calls. My husband has a pending case with them and he's been waiting three weeks for a phone call and all he gets is the run around. This firm is very sketchy! It's unfortunate that their business has this many bad reviews and the way they respond is very unprofessional! You are a law firm and just as good as you are at responding to these bad reviews is the way you should be at returning phone calls. Rather than responding to these reviews, you all should use that time on actually doing your job and fight harder for your clients and these reviews would improve! But the way you respond says a lot about your business! Unfortunately no other law firm will take my husband's case because we made the mistake of choosing these guys that have done NOTHING for my husband. Sad reality!

I've had a very good experience with Matthews and Associates! My attorney is Conrad Adams and he's been nothing compassionate and considerate of my injuries and concerns! Mr. Adams and his team especially Gary Procter his Paralegal, very knowledgeable and concerned, even when I was going through something that caused me great distress and I was not very tactful, always!
