Presently, the Firm consists of the six Doan Partners and about 10 associate attorneys working under their direct supervision.  That’s a combined total of over 150 years legal experience.  The firm has successfully filed Bankruptcy Protection for over 30,000 Southern Californians.  Attorney Michael Doan is a Board Certified Specialists in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification, and one of only 13 in the entire state of California.  In fact, he filed the very first chapter 7 and chapter 13 cases in the Southern District of California in October, 2005, after the new BAPCPA Bankruptcy Reform Laws took place.
