This will be an indicator of whether or not they will send a bill or refund a consultation payment should they decline to take your case, however complex, without the least explanation. We all take risks to participate in commerce. Lawyers are not exempt just because they can intimidate us. This is YOUR life. Very rude and unprofessional. I requested assistance with landlord issues, left several messages for Steven Weil and never received a courtesy call back. Personally, be a decent human being and return a client's call, regardless if you are going to assist or not. Look for help somewhere else. I DO NOT recommend this firm.
