I would like to give 10 stars to Rosen Law Firm. They handled the case I was plaintiff to with professionalism beyond expectations. Communications was excellent, timely and to the point. The firm involved me in the decision making process, providing the facts in a concise fashion. I will be directing my legal work requirements to Rosen Law in the future.

I was the lead plaintiff in the class action that I joined through Rosen. This was the first time I had ever even considered participating in a CAL like this. What an incredible outcome. Going in, I had no expectations of rececovering more than 20% of my losses but ended up with more than 150%. Yes, it took a long time (almost 5 years) but this case had everything to overcome from covid to extreme personal issues for the judge to normal class action lawsuit issues but Rosen stayed with it, kept me informed and ultimately, got an incredible result. I was one of two co-lead plaintiffs in a class-action brought by my fellow investors. The investigations that Rosen led to dig into the fraud were thorough and concise. I was presented with all the evidence and could clearly see what was covered up. I actually had some input into the case as well. I do believe Philip and Laurence have investors' needs at the forefront and companies looking to defraud their investors should be aware that their are champions out there looking to keep those companies honest.
